What happened

Each step advances one complete tick.

  1. Launch an arrangement to follow its light.
The small print, made useful

Follow the light.

Light each Goal at least once in one run. They may light at different times and stay lit for that run.

  1. 01
    Make an arrangement.

Choose a tool in your kit, then tap an empty square. Tap a placed tool to select it; tap it again to rotate. Rotate, Move, and Remove are also beside the board.

  2. 02
    Launch one pulse.

The Source sends light once. Light travels straight across empty squares. Walls and Goals stop it.

  3. 03
    Watch, then revise.

Pause or step through the reaction. Stop & edit returns to your arrangement. A new launch clears the Goals and restores your tools’ starting settings.

A Flip gate waits for light.

When light arrives, it sends that light in the direction shown, then changes its instruction for a later arrival. Changing the arrow creates no new light.

Every experiment is available from the start. You can skip the introductions. A successful arrangement earns 100 points, plus 25 for each tool left in its kit. Every placed tool counts, even if light never reaches it. Each experiment keeps its best score; repeating it adds nothing.

Three tools. Many possibilities.

Meet the toolkit.

Mirror

Turns arriving light through a right angle. Rotate it to choose either diagonal.

Splitter

When light arrives from any direction, sends a pair along its selected axis. Simultaneous arrivals trigger one pair.

Flip gate

When light arrives, sends ↑ Up. It sends that arriving light, then changes to the opposite direction. It waits for more light before sending again.

Rotate to choose the first output: Up, Right, Down, or Left. Simultaneous arrivals trigger it once.

You do not have to use every tool in your kit. Light every fixed Goal.
